Date: Tue, 3 Nov 1992 09:51:00 -0500 RESOLUTION NO. 19637 A RESOLUTION TO REPEAL THE RIGHT OF HAMILTON COUNTY, TENNESSEE, PURSUANT TO TENNESSEE CODE ANNOTATED SECTION 7-61-104, TO OPERATE AMBULANCE SERVICE WITHIN THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSSEE EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 15, 1993, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO RESUME A CITY-OPERATED AMBULANCE SERVICE ON SAID DATE, AND TO CREATE A THIRTEEN PERSON TASK FORCE, ONE MEMBER TO BE APPOINTED BY EACH COUNCIL PERSON AND TWO ADDITIONAL BY THE COUNCIL CHAIRPERSON AND TWO BY THE MAYOR, WHICH TASK FORCE IS TO REPORT TO THE COUNCIL THE FIRST WEEK OF JANUARY, 1993 _________________________ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby repealed the right of Hamilton County, Tennessee, pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 7-61-104, to operate ambulance service within the City of Chattanooga, Tennessee effective February 15, 1993, authorizing the Mayor to resume a City-operated ambulance service on said date, and to create a thirteen person task force, one member to be appointed by each Council person and two additional by the Council Chairman and two by the Mayor, which task force is to report to the Council the first week of January, 1993.
